The Beauway BW-GT-Y10 is a pit-mounted hydraulic dock leveler engineered for controlled height compensation between warehouse loading docks and transport vehicles. Unlike mechanical alternatives, this hydraulic dock leveler delivers smooth, powered platform adjustment — minimizing manual effort and reducing forklift impact stress across high-cycle operations.

As a permanently installed fixed loading ramp solution, the BW-GT-Y10 integrates directly into dock pit infrastructure — eliminating the instability and repositioning downtime associated with portable ramp alternatives. This fixed loading ramp design supports forklift entry loads up to 10,000 kg static capacity, making it suitable for freight distribution centers, cold storage facilities, e-commerce fulfillment hubs, and port cargo terminals.

The platform assembly features an 8 mm checkered deck plate and 14 mm reinforced lip extension, engineered to withstand sustained dynamic loads up to 6,000 kg. The integrated 0.75 kW hydraulic power unit operates on 220V or 380V AC (50 Hz standard, 60 Hz optional), providing a working stroke of +400 mm / -300 mm to accommodate standard dock-to-trailer height variation across warehouse loading bay environments.

Available in three platform widths — 1830 mm, 1980 mm, and 2130 mm — this hydraulic dock leveler fits standard pit installations with dock face heights of 1200–1300 mm. The 6×8 ft (1830×2430 mm) configuration suits the majority of semi-trailer and box truck docking alignments without structural modification.

Each Beauway hydraulic dock leveler and fixed loading ramp unit undergoes full-load pressure testing and anti-corrosion surface treatment prior to shipment. Custom platform dimensions, stroke configurations, and OEM / private-label programs are available for project procurement and qualified distributor partnerships.
