油圧システム - リフトゲートが上がらない

作動油（ISO VG32 / VG46）を確認してください
下げた状態でオイルレベルが最低値より上にあることを確認してください。
黒ずんだり、白濁したりしたらオイルを交換してください
標準圧力：16–20 MPa
油圧ポンプとリリーフバルブを点検してください
動作が不安定な場合はエア抜きしてください
プラットフォームが下降するようであれば、シリンダーシールを点検してください。

電気システム – リフトゲートが作動しない

バッテリー ≥ 12V、負荷時推奨 ≥ 12.5V
配線、端子、腐食を確認してください
テストコントロールスイッチとリモコン
リレーとヒューズを点検
モーターに電源が供給されていることを確認してください

メカニカルシステム – プラットフォームの問題

ピンとヒンジに摩耗や変形がないか点検してください。
ローラーとガイドレールを確認
