유압 시스템 - 리프트게이트가 들리지 않음
- 유압 오일 점검(ISO VG32/VG46)
- 오일 레벨을 낮출 때 오일 레벨이 최소 이상인지 확인합니다.
- 어둡거나 유백색인 경우 오일 교체
- 표준 압력: 16-20 MPa
- 유압 펌프 및 릴리프 밸브 점검
- 움직임이 불안정한 경우 공기 빼기
- 플랫폼이 미끄러지는 경우 실린더 씰 점검
전기 시스템 - 리프트게이트가 작동하지 않음
- 배터리 ≥ 12V, 부하 시 ≥12.5V 권장
- 배선, 단자 및 부식 점검
- 테스트 제어 스위치 및 리모컨
- 릴레이 및 퓨즈 점검
- 모터에 전원이 공급되는지 확인
기계 시스템 - 플랫폼 문제
- 핀과 경첩의 마모 또는 변형 여부 검사
- 롤러 및 가이드 레일 점검
- 플랫폼 정렬 보장
- 1~2개월마다 움직이는 부품 윤활
전원 시스템 - 모터가 움직이지 않음
- 펌프 커플링 연결 확인
- 모터 출력 및 전류 검사
- 비정상적인 소음 듣기
- 압력이 없는 경우 유압 펌프 교체
운영 및 유지 관리
- 정격 부하 용량을 초과하지 마십시오.
- 1~3개월마다 시스템 점검
- 6~12개월마다 유압 오일 교체
